By Living Waters

Those who walk in evil's way, I won't follow. I stay rooted in the Lord, my Redeemer, my guide. By living waters, He keeps me at peace, nourished by His word, bearing fruit in every season, His voice I've heard. I don't thirst in the blazing sun, for His love keeps me strong. In the distance, lands dry like desert sand, but my leaves bloom all year long, held by His ever-caring love. As the years pass, the wicked fade like footprints on the shore, chaff blown away by the wind's fierce roar. But not for the righteous, held by the Almighty's hand, trusting in the Lord, our rock, our solid land. In His shade, I find rest, like the calm beneath the palm. Through trials, I stay blessed; in His love, I find my comfort. Held by the hands of the Almighty, because we put our trust in God, our souls are nourished by His mercy, and our feet walk on holy ground.
